No dentist-patient relationship is created by reading this site, submitting the appointment form, or emailing us. That relationship begins when you are seen in our office and we formally accept you as a patient.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Signs like facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or a high fever with dental pain need urgent in-person care, not a web page.

The form on this site sends a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once our team has spoken or written to you and confirmed a specific date and time. We do our best to respond the same business day, but we cannot guarantee a response time, and the form should never be used for urgent problems.

Information about accepted insurance, the membership plan, and treatment costs is provided for general guidance and can change. Your actual coverage depends on your specific plan and benefits, and your actual cost depends on your examination. We confirm both with you in writing before treatment begins.
